Genius Hour Project #1 Reflection

My Genius Hour project was “How does the genetic system work for cat colors?”

What went well on my project was all my information for cats. Most of my slides were not answering the question but ill work on that for the next Genius Hour project we decide to do.

Finding information was pretty hard to find. I mean there’s lots of websites out there and you don’t know if they’re telling the truth or not. So it was hard to trust the words i was reading but i managed to find some information i understood. The pictures, backgrounds, and slides were easy.

Thing i really need to focus on for project #2 is trying to talk a bit clearer and louder and look at the audience more. When i have to present my presentations i get super nervous and shaky and my face gets so red i just feel like i’m going to faint and plus the more i face the audience the more red i get. Even just facing the smart board the entire time and reading what i have to say it still makes me shaky.

Christmas In Morocco

Morocco does celebrate Christmas. Moroccans make different food for Christmas meals, such as rich saffron scented lamb stew. They also put a Christmas sweater that they call a jumper, on to show Christmas spirit. and Christmas sales.

My Favorite Family Tradition

My favorite family tradition is Easter. Because every Easter my mom sets up a scavenger hunt in my house for me and my siblings to do. There’s little plastic Easter eggs that have candy in them that my mom hides. Me and my siblings find them together just in case we accidentally take more than we should. So that’s my favorite tradition. Thank you for reading!
